Our Client is expanding as we speak. They are currently searching for an Area Manager who brings multi site experience, passion and energy to take on the challenge of 10 Stores in SA and Regional SA.

To be considered for this role we are looking for an Area Manager with:
- Proven work history in Retail Multi Site Management
- Fashion experience, especially in womens wear
- Ability to lead your teams from the front and be hands on
- Clear communication skills
- Results driven and support for your teams to achieve
- Motivation to succeed
- Enthusiastic attitude to feed your team
- KPI focus
- Performance management experience

In order to be successful for this role you will need a strong history of working in a State Management or Area Management role.
