Our client is a National Retailer and they are looking for an experienced Area Manager to lead a team of energetic people to exceed all expectations.

Do you possess large format fashion / apparel experience within an area or state management position?

Are you a hands on leader who loves to coach and mentor at store level?

Do you have high volume fashion experience?

To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate skills and experience including:

• Prior multi site management experience is essential
• Ability to provide direction and leadership to managers and their teams to ensure an upbeat, energetic environment
• Assist teams to achieve all store KPI's, financial & stock control
• Strong focus on sales and profitability
• With your analytical and strategic approach you will develop and implement business plans and strategies
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Excellent customer service skills and drive the team to provide the same
• Visual Merchandising and Stock Control experience in a high volume business is essential.
• Proven ability to achieve sales, wages, KPI's & Shrinkage targets
