We are searching for a candidate who can tick off these boxes.

• A proven background in retail multi site management
• Has a strong fashion background overseeing a large region
• A strong fashion focus with a keen eye for detail and style
• A proven track record in exceeding store budgets and KPI's
• Full business acumen including the effective management of shrinkage, stock control a and P&L
• Has an inspirational nature and the ability to bring out the best in your teams
• Strong leadership skills with a lead by example attitude
• The ability to recruit, train, coach and develop your team, offer inspiration and create a strong desire within your team to achieve
• Be highly energetic with excellent communication and organisational skills
• Be ambitious, motivated and a have a genuine desire to build a strong retail management career.
• Possess the ability to travel and create a strong presence within your stores.
