As the AREA MANAGER you will be responsible for the financial growth and success with your region. The key element of your position is to further develop your teams to become the very best in customer service and store presentation. You will assist your managers and teams to create opportunity for optimum sales results.

• The key to your successful application will be your -

• Proven background in retail multi site management
• Strong fashion background with a keen eye for detail and style
• Proven track record building business and exceeding company expectations in relation to store budgets and KPI's
• Effective management of shrinkage and stock control.
• The ability to bring out the best in your teams helping them to realise their full potential
• Strong leadership skills with a lead by example attitude
• Ability to train, coach and develop your team, offer inspiration and create a strong desire within your team to achieve
• High energy with excellent communication and organisational skills
• High level os ambition, motivation and a genuine desire to build a strong retail management caree
• Availability to travel and create a strong presence within your stores.
