Store Administration Manager KIPPA-RING BRISBANE.

We are looking for candidates who are hard working, customer focused people with excellent communication skills.

In addition you will possess:

• Previous experience within a similar role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• The ability to maintain and develop relationships across all level.
• Previous experience in staff training and development
• The ability to maintain high company standards and to ensure that the team is also maintaining these high standards.
• Thrive within a fast paced environment and possess the ability to prioritise a heavy workload.
• A knowledge of a department store operating procedures
• Experience within staff rostering for a large team.
• An understanding on all OH& S procedures and polices and the ability to ensure these polices are adhered to.
• Strong leadership skills with a strong focus on TEAM
