This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced retail manager or manager within the trade sector to join this already successful store. Working closely with the department managers you will be responsible for over seeing the operations within all departments

To be considered for this role you will need to possess:

• Strong management and leadership experience
• sound understanding of the D.I.Y. market
• excellent customer service skills
• proven experience in setting and achieving sales targets
• strong merchandising experiece
• hardware and product knowledge

Key responsibilities:

• leading teams to deliver beyond expectation service
• set and achieve targets/budgets
• train, coach and mentor teams to achieve
• merchandising in all departments
• control wages and set rosters
• High awareness of OHS
• lead by example and be 'hands on'
