You will have a hands on and collaborative management style with a high level of business and sales acumen. You will demonstrate proven leadership and effective people development skills.

To be successful for this role, you will have:

• Retail Store management experience
• Merchandising experience
• Volume experience
• Strong staff management experience
• Very motivated and driven
• Experience with budgets and KPI'S
• Love of street and surf product
• Passion for a retail career
