Primary Objective: Required to achieve budgeted sales. Direct planning activities and provide leadership and guidance on sales and the general operation of the store. Special Accountabilities/ KPI's: Must be able to supervise the maintenance of stock, accounting records and sale statistics Receipt and dispatch of merchandise Maintain and alternate of store displays, materials and layouts Oversee the employment and training of sales staff and other personal Competencies: - Customer driven
